We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee, allowing you to request a refund within 30 days of receiving your item. To qualify:

  • The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging, with the packaging label intact.

  • Due to the hygienic and consumable nature of our products, we cannot issue refunds for items that have been opened or used unless there is a valid issue (e.g., a manufacturing defect or damage during shipping).

If you believe you have a valid reason for returning an opened item, please contact us at hello@theorfy.com with evidence of the defect or damage.

 


 

Refund Process

  1. Inspection: Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you of approval or rejection.

  2. Processing: Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

  3. Bank Timelines: It may take some time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund to your account.

  4. Follow-Up: If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved and you haven’t received it, contact us at hello@theorfy.com.

Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility and will be deducted from your refund total, unless the return is due to a valid defect or shipping error on our part.

 


 

Damages and Issues

Subscription Cancellations

If you cancel your subscription on the same day it renews and payment has already been processed, we cannot provide a refund for that renewal period. Please keep track of your subscription renewal dates to avoid any inconvenience.
