At THE ORFY, we strive to ensure that all products listed on our website are in stock and available for immediate shipment. Orders begin processing as soon as your purchase is complete. Items will ship once confirmed in stock, your payment is verified, and the shipping address is validated. Currently, we do not offer pre-order or backorder options.

Shipping Methods

  • Processing Times: Orders generally process within 1–2 business days.

  • Same-Day Shipping: Standard orders placed before 9:00 AM EST (Monday-Friday) typically ship the same day. If any delays arise, we’ll reach out via email.

I Haven’t Received My Order—Who Should I Contact?

If your order does not arrive within the expected delivery timeframe, please contact our THE ORFY customer service team at hello@theorfy.com. Orders are processed Monday through Friday; we do not process or ship on weekends or holidays.

Why Isn’t My Tracking Number Recognized by the Carrier?

After your order has shipped, it can take 1–2 business days for tracking details to update in the carrier’s system. For standard shipments, orders are typically sent via USPS. You can track your package on the USPS website or UPS website, depending on the carrier used for your order.

How Will I Be Notified if There Is a Problem With My Order?
